Fitted in our job quickly. We have an old dishwasher where the bottom seal had perished. Oakwood Domestic Services were brilliant. Explained each stage of the successful repair and gave advice on keeping our old dishwasher going. Would recommend to others

We had Darrell come to our home to fix my clothes drier. He came when he said he would, diagnosed & replaced the water pump. Very quick service from a friendly professional. His pricing is very good & I strongly recommend him. All in all, I'm a very happy customer &, although I hope I won't need him again, if I do it'll be Darrell I'll be phoning.

Phoned Daryl at 8:50 pm on Tuesday night when Bosch washing machine failed to work. Daryl fitted me in Friday morning. Diagnosed worn brushes. Charge was very reasonable. Machine working and refitted into cabinet with all electrical checks and final machine check. Would recommend and would be the first to call if any domestic appliance failed.

Had a leaking door seal on my integrated Bosch washing machine.
Called Bosch and was quoted just under £200. It would also be about a week before they could fix it.
On the recommendation of a friend I rang Darrell at Oakwood on the Wednesday evening and he said he'd order the seal on the Thursday and fit it on Friday afternoon.
On Friday morning he gave me a time for arriving and turned up exactly in the middle of the time window.
He adhered to all the Covid regulations and did an absolutely fantastic job all round.
Washer works perfectly and the total cost was significantly less than half

Darrell fixed a fridge freezer a couple of years ago, more recently repaired a washing machine that was leaking from the detergent drawer. Very prompt, professional and reliable service, all round nice guy. Look no further for appliance repairs.

Came out to look at my washer the same day I phoned. ordered necessary part for repair. came back out four days later when part was delivered and repaired my machine. very reasonable charge. friendly service. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. 😊

A very helpful and courteous service - The engineer responded very quickly and repaired a washing machine, in a short space of time and at reasonable rates. I would definitely recommend this service.

I phoned the number around 10.30 in the morning and was told the engineer was busy but would call me back as soon as he was available.
At 11.00 I got a call saying he could be at my place in 15 minutes to assess the fault in my oven and by just after mid-day, having replaced a broken element at the agreed price, he left me with a smile and a fully functional cooker.
So 5 stars for a fast, friendly and professional service

Came out to look at our dishwasher. Advised it would be costly to have repaired as it would need fully taking apart. Nice bloke and its appreciated to get genuine, honest advice. Would use again!
