Plastics containing flame retardants are found in a wide range of products and applications. Generally their use is mandated by building codes or industry specific standards. Most plastics will burn easily if heated to a high enough temperature but flame retardants are added to the product to increase resistance to ignition, reduce flame spread, suppress smoke formation and prevent dripping.
Scaffold sheeting accounts for many tons of plastic construction waste each year. Traditional 're-usable' sheeting for scaffolding, (typically applied to the scaffolding structure using bungee cords around each scaffolding lift), can be difficult to recycle because of fixings / eyelets and the plastic reinforcement.

We received on site advanced training for shrink wrap by two excellent instructors (both called Dan) got us ready and prepared to shrink wrap the pier in Bangor as I will be doing in for the next three years. I will be an expert in the end. Would highly recommend the product as it's the most durable plastic sheeting I've come across and has many benefits. Such as noise reduction and to keep the public safe as possible. Mainly keep us warm through the winter. Rhino shrink wrap is the future!

Rhino recently completed a Temporary Roof Encapsulation project for us.
I must say that the whole experience from start to finish went very smoothly.
From the initial enquiry through to completion everything was dealt with professionally & quickly.
A site visit was conducted to make sure everyone new what was required & Rhino were extremely flexible with lead times as we couldn't give an exact date until last the minute.
We needed some extra hatches fitted to create an air flow & within 24 hrs they had been installed. Can't ask for more than that.
The completed wrap looks fantastic, hats off
