Called for my kitchen to be measured for a quotation, on the day of the call I was called to ask for my address which I gave, this also means they had my number, after waiting half an hour I called the shop for them to tell me the drivers battery had died, and he couldn't find my home, and he was on another call out now. Terrible service, nobody bothered to call me to let me know, secondly how could he let the shop know he couldn't find my address if his battery was dead and he was on another call? Very strange. Complete time wasters.
