Two visits by different engineers first one didn't listen to us about the faults and ordered several parts, he didn't seem to know machine. Second engineer had been before, completely trashed the first diagnosis and only fitted one of the parts, he also refused to listen to our explanation regarding the problems even though we explained that we have been using the machine for 5 + years and the faults only recently occurred he insisted that we weren't using the machine properly. Needless to say we still have the same issues. We pay monthly and will be cancelling when our plan contract finishes in

Amazing company to deal with. Had a couple of machines go faulty sadly. Got through on the phone within 1 minute talked to a wonderfull member of staff, who arranged for there engineer to call out and look at them. Didnt mind paying the £42 call out fee. Cant expect people to work for nothing. Paul the owner / engineer is wonderfull, so friendly. Sadly both machines were gone. There were over 15 years old didnt expect them to be brought back to life but one lives in hope. Anyway. I called into the shop same day. They have loads of selection. Dont know how you couldnt find what your looking for

Great local shop. Left my tefal steam iron in for repair yesterday. Wasnt steaming any more. Just picked it up today. They guy in the shop not only repaired it for only £20 he had the whole thing spottless and even cleaned the plate of the iron which i couldnt get off. Great service would fully recommend.

Had a man out to price getting integrated dishwasher fixed. Dishwasher is 12 years old and not in great condition (reason for needing fixed was that it was leaking mid cycle) however I explained I just wanted it fixed as cheap as possible to have it working again. Quoted 207.37 for whole new inner door, seal, 6 wheels and labour. Also charged £40 to recieve this news. Obviously not what I wanted to hear considering a new dishwasher would be a similar price. Remember I asked for it to be fixed as cheap as possible just to have it working again. Ordered a new seal of amazon for £9 and put it on
