It was created using very little initial capital by Mark Vitow and his son, Brandon, as a family business and it remains so to this day.

We have just started trade with MV and have found them very easy to deal with , They have a real mix of products to offer with a low minimum order , We purchased a bulk order for filters recently and Keith there rep was very helpful getting the deal and price correct

I was sold a shower thermostatic valve that had no indication of what water flow pressure it could operate at, as a result the part was useless, the plumber was expensive and couldn’t get the job done. I contacted MV and reported the issue at least 3 times in the past 3 weeks, I spoke to them twice. Last thing that happened was 2 weeks ago when they called me to say that they were investigating the specs of their own product note: AFTER selling it. not before). They must still be investigating because no one called me back since 2 weeks now. Bunch of clueless crooks who don’t care to put technical
