I only chose these guys because I liked the Merlin Clean logo lol. It’s just so hard to choose between them and I don’t have all day to read everything. Anyway, they seemed genuine so I called.
They are a real family firm! I had people before, but the family did not do the cleaning, they just owned the business and my carpet started to smell after a few days.
Well they came on time, a nice couple explained their technique, which was interesting in a funny sort of way and did a really fantastic job.
