Girl on the reception was very rude if you ask her any question and if you are new to this trade avoid her if you have any questions. She will also try to sell more than you actually need be careful on that too.
Guy at the warehouse next door was helpful in answering any questions and was very polite.
They will charge you 20% of anything you haven't used before the refund.
