Layton Technologies design, manufacture, test, install and support quality precision critical cleaning and drying equipment for manufacturing. We supply a wide range of equipment from parts washers, small bench top type ultrasonic immersion tanks through to more complex designs.

From multi-stage aqueous ultrasonic cleaning and passivation lines, low emission sealed solvent vapour degreasers, low flash point solvent machines and all types of dryers including forced air dryers, vacuum and solvent vapor dryers.All of our equipment is based on a standard platform which can then be developed to meet the simplest or most complex critical cleaning processes.

Our expertise lies in our ability to identify, understand and remove risk for our customers - to ensure that the decision to invest capital in critical cleaning and drying equipment and processes, which are critical to continued business success, are the correct ones. For example they are looking for equipment which can be customised to their particular process requirements without exceeding their budget constraints.

Layton Technologies Ltd is an international leader in the design and manufacture of machines for the cleaning, drying, surface treatment and material recovery for precision cleaning applications. Our machines are used in every area of manufacturing for both semi-finished and finished products and their component parts.
A full documentation package will be supplied allowing for detailed discussions on overall sizes and system configurations etc. thus eliminating the risk of any misunderstandings between the customer and Layton prior to manufacture. This documentation package will consist of a general arrangement diagram (GA), a piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID) and a functional design specification (FDS) together with a Project Plan.
A standard full parts and labour warranty is given on the equipment for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of commissioning on site by our engineer but not greater than thirteen (13) months after shipment. An extended full parts and labour warranty is offered on the equipment for a period of sixty (60) months from the date of commissioning on site by our engineer but not greater than sixty-one (61) months after shipment.
