After noticing bees hovering around a vent, I called Alistair for advice and he kindly offered to come and have a look the same day. He not only cleared out a very full vent of old birds nest (which in turn fixed my extractor fan problem!) he also meshed it up while a very angry queen was trying to get back in!
He clearly knows his stuff about bee’s and I’m so happy to see that he would rather prevent than kill. I will definitely recommend this company for anyone in need of advice or help! Thank you again Alistair!

Alistair arrived on the day and at the time he said he would for his first visit and was punctual for subsequent visits.
He surveyed our property inside and out in order to ascertain the nature and cause of the problem we were having. At every step of the way he informed us about what he was doing and why and what the likely outcome of his actions would be. At all times he treated our property, and us, with respect.
I am happy to say that the problem was resolved after 3 visits.

We had a rodent problem in the loft and after calling PES pest control Alistair arrived promptly and was very polite, friendly and professional as well as discreet. He took the time to assess all possible entry points and dealt with our rodent problem expertly, even coming back to check all was well at no extra cost and informed us of preventative measures to take for the future.
Great knowledge, expertise and very good value.
