Stay away from Novoferm. Their Their Terms and conditions are designed to screw the customer. Their 10 warranty on the ‘safe and reliable operation’ of their garage doors is ONLY on the condition you carry out expensive annual services by the company that installed them for you. If you don’t have this done you are only covered for 5 years for… manufacturing defects, 3 years for the control unit and 2 years for the remote control units. NO warranty is provided for wear and tear which is down to them to benchmark and gauge. This caused us a major problem with Novoferm due

Ordered a garage door from them through b and q , 2 months after and no door to be seen. Extremely rude on the phone and not helpful( lady dealing with b and q orders). Promised a delivery week and failed again. Don't want to refund as it's a made to measure door( invisible door). Avoid this company , they don't deserve customers.Dcustomers.

As a garage door installer, I have been buying Novoferm doors for some time now.
Every door has been easy to install and has been delivered on time, clean and with no missing parts.
The ordering process is easy and the sales team are friendly each time I phone.
I also get the same friendly delivery driver and he also let's me know what time he'll be with me the day before.
I use Novoferm as their door are good looking with good security features and are priced just right.

I feel it is important to let you know that the custom made , insulated side hinged door supplied recently is a quality product.
The frame, bolts and fittings are all of good quality and it was very easy to fit as the bolts retract into the frame.
Thank you Novoferm for swiftly manufacturing this door for me after having been let down by another manufacturer

It was my pleasure to work at Novoferm Uk. I was made to feel very welcome and enjoyed working within such a friendly & happy team. I found middle management to be very dedicated & supportive of new people. They have invested considerably in the facilities like the canteen & vending machines, they have also revamped the toilets and gave us staff a pay increment. I personally felt very safe due to the investment in a high tec security system. It really feels like they care about the well being of their staff and investing in their people, as well as protecting the business. There is no shift work

I cannot understand why my experience with this Company is so different from anyone else. I was sold a door which has started to rust within three years, has mould bubbling through from beneath the plastic… coating and then refuse to take any responsibility for the proven faults in manufacture. Novoferm your Customer Service is abysmal. Never deal with this Company, there are many others more reputable and responsible

They started off nice and friendly. However, my stamina and motivation to work at novoferm was shortening. Most days I'd leave my house 7am and get back 9pm. With no days off. Not accomodating for a normal life at all. Some staff were nice and helping, however the higher up you get in management the less friendly they got. Office not supportive at all. picked up calls where possible and they totally took advantage. Would honestly not suggest anyone to work there.
