Jacuzzi Hot Tub Centre Leeds

Adam C & Ben have spent this morning installing my hot tub and I just wanted to say what a fantastic job they did. They were professional, friendly and extremely informative and a credit to outdoor living.

Less than a year old the main control board has gone faulty leaving me with no hot tub for 6 weeks which at this point I had had to cancel a birthday party not have the use for mental heath reasons to find the part they said was out of stock was in stock but I only found this out by taking it in to my own hands and contacting their supplier direct… which they had already spoke to ... no compensation for all the stress and inconvenience, It was due its first service and I asked would they honer this in respect of all the mess up on THEIR PART for what I had endured..No, not even a bottle

Very poor service problems from day one
Service manager supposed to ring not heard anything.
Very happy to take your money. But not very quick to repair a brand new item.
Be very careful where you buy from.

We used outdoor living to transport our hot tub to its new owners. The two guys who came to move it were brilliant. Helpful, really polite and got the job done quickly.

There was a problem with the model we ordered, Paul offered us options and the tub was delivered and installed a week ago.. we are absolutely delighted with our j335.The lads installed and then explained how to use the chemicals ..we felt confident when they left..job well done

Service was excellent from Emily we learnt alot about the different hot tubs ,hope to be buying one in the near future. Thanks Emily for you help it was much appreciated.

Very poor experience, damaged after 8 months.
I purchased a hit tub from this retailer in 2020 during the pandemic, i was promised two delivery dates which never materialised. It was some time later when I received the product.
I've had the hot tub for 8 months and now the speakers don't work on the hot tub, I called the after care team and left a number of messages. I finally got through to the team who told me to turn it on and off again!! This didn't work, I again had to call them to tell them it still wasn't working. They told me that its under warranty and that all parts would be replaced

I visited your Hull store with on recommendation and I purchased an outdoor look tub. Thank you for the amazing service! From the store to delivery/installation it has been smooth! We are now enjoying a fabulous tub! Thank you.

I bought a £6500 Jacuzzi hot tub from Outdoor Living in March 2019.
The cover is now falling to pieces, the vinyl is completely degraded. The hot tub is not in an exposed location or direct sunlight.
The skimmer cover also broke. £79 for a new one! It’s a small piece of plastic.
Servicing is a rip off at £200 for 2 men for an hour, I was supposed to receive a cleaning puck FOC before the service but this never turned up.
Outdoor living were very dismissive when I asked about the above and really brushed me off.
What’s the point in paying for a premium brand when cheap Chinese versions

We love our hot tub it is absolutely fantastic we are in it every single night it was brilliant to meet the team who brought to to our house so friendly and kind they did everything and build the gazebo around … first of all we went to the show room at hull paul was so lovely we was so relaxed around him he told us everything we want to know and more I can honestly say we are totally satisfied I have already recommended to friends to go buy a hot tub from there thank you so much 😁😁😁😁

Always well priced good quality products dispatched on time.
I have used their products for years and also have a Jacuzzi j230 series tub that is nearly 15 years old.

Second tub from Outdoor Living delivered and installed this morning by a friendly and experienced crew. As a customer of over 14 years I couldn't wish for better service and ongoing care and support than I receive from Paul and his team. Nothing is ever too much trouble and everything is done professionally. You don't want to be messing around cutting corners to save a few quid when it comes to hot tubs and water chemistry so it's important to work with experienced and proactive professionals who make light work of it and provide total peace of mind.
