There are few limitations to the services we can offer within the construction industry. We are able to help with your project from conception through to completion including interior design.
We have long established contacts in all areas of the trade and can cover every aspect of your build from the initial architect design, including building control, environmental searches & testing, utility connections, the sourcing of kitchens, windows, doors etc.Through the many varied projects we have undertaken we have had the opportunity to work on specialist ventures and have experience of piling, grouting and projects in conservation areas.

A development of three detached properties in a delightful cul-de-sac location in Woodville, South Derbyshire. The properties are designed with generously proportioned open plan living spaces complimented by huge bi-folding patio doors and Velux windows in the roof to maximise the light. The spaces were finished with individually designed Instagram worthy kitchens.
It is fair to say that a build of any scale will come with an element of disruption and whilst we will aim to keep this to a minimum we have been fortunate to have had some great clients with whom we have built good working partnerships and have now become firm friends. We found Willowstone to be highly reliable.

We purchased our house from Willowstone developments September 2017 after relocating from the North. The type of house we were looking for was a new build and after viewing numerous new build developments we were very disappointed due to our requirements not being fulfilled. Alison and Steve’s property was just what we were looking for, modern spacious design, finished to a high spec inside and out, ample parking arrangement and location. The house was chocolate box ready and exceeded our expectations with what was included. Very happy customer and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends
