Bicester UPVC provided a good quote for the windows we needed fitting compared to other suppliers. There were one or two issues after the windows were fitted but Ryan made sure these were rectified very quickly. The windows themselves have great sound insulation compared to the double glazing we had previously and I am pretty certain the house will be warmer too in winter.

Competitive quote and good recommendations from friends and neighbours made us choose Bicester Upvc, along with supporting local company. Had all windows, 2 doors and patio replaced, really happy with end result. Installation carried out when they stated, took the whole week, fitters were polite and efficient and left the house cleaner than they found it!
A few niggles found after installation were sorted out as soon as we reported them and we are happy to give this company the thumbs up.

Excellent company to deal with. Right from the initial measuring for our new doors, we were then given an installation date that was kept to, even throughout these challenging times. Our new doors look fantastic thank you, and the two young gentlemen that fitted our doors were so respectful and friendly and did an absolutely superb job with the insulation. A faultless company to deal with from start to finish, highly recommended.

Highly recommend. Very good communication all emails replied to promptly. Had 3 windows replaced. All to a high standard and excellent finishing with edging on inside of window recess. Very tidy and good clean up after work. Polite and friendly window fitters. All staff back at office very polite and answered all my questions. Would most definitely use this company again. My old front day was in terminal decline and I needed a good replacement. I searched the Internet and chose a local firm, namely Bicester uPVC Direct Ltd.
I am glad I did. The service was excellent. The showroom staff were happy to answer all my questions and the work performed by the fitters Joe and Lewis was very professional. They left the place looking tidier than usual and took the trouble to give a clear account of what I needed to know about operating the door and so on.

Fantastic service from the start. Office staff were extremely polite and efficient making the ordering process pleasurable and easy. We were kept updated when our windows would be fitted and they were indeed fitted on the day promised when we placed the order. The installation guys did a first class job. We will not look anywhere else should we decide to get additional windows or doors fitted. A++++++++++++

Bicester upvc supplied and fitted six external doors to a block of flats at cumnor hill. 1 door is bowed and they came back and surveyed this and said they would order a new outer skin to rectify the problem. After continuously chasing to be fobbed off with excuse after excuse and the company that made them have gone into receivership. There has… been no contact after many requests for the managing director to contact me and they think if they ignore it enough the problem will go away! This weekend on another flat the door mechanism licked and the tenants of the property could not open the
