Faultless. I ordered a tonne bag of top soil which arrived on time, within 2 working days, and was exactly as pictured and described. Size of large bag is much bigger than Mick George and cheaper. In-house staff member was a little short on the phone but that is no criticism as this is a small business with limited staff. Delivery team were also friendly and helpful. I will certainly use them again and would highly recommend.

Called in today to order turf. Spoke to a gentleman who was able to provide a price and delivery time.
However it was not long before he turned very rude. I asked how many rolls would be provided as I need to account for space and handling on the site. He got very short and told me not to worry about that. Then he wanted to take my card details on the phone and I suggested he call me back when near a card machine and I would be happy to pay for the items - rather than him taking details in the car while driving. At this point I was asked if I wanted the turf, after

Absolutely shocking, was short supplied and a quarter of the rolls delivered were in extremely poor quality, rips and tears, falling apart etc
I called up to explain the short supply and a need of some turf rolls being replaced due to there quality, after a brief argument over the phone of which they were taking absolutely no responsibility for I was told to come and exchange turf rolls needed and collect extras that were missing but they must be collected rather than delivered, on arrival at the LC Turf depot we was asked to show the rolls of turf that were received which we did to then be told
