Untrustworthy company, I'm sorry to say. Took money from us and we never saw them again. Should've taken civil action against them through the courts, but for the few thousand we lost, it's not worth the bother. Not sure how the director (Matthew Knight) can sleep at night, but I suppose he can forget all about it as he rides around in his black Ferrari and new black Range Rover, gloating all the way! Suffice to say, I would never recommend Renovate & Extend Ltd; make sure you ask for receipts for money handed over and do not trust this man.

Renovate and Extend conducted a repair job on the outdoor back garden composite decking. During our purchase of the house, the decking needed to be repaired, and the vendors did get the decking repaired in time for completion, but upon moving in, within weeks, the decking began showing problems again.
- Sizeable gaps between decking panels.
- Where the gaps occur the decking is cracking because it's not flush on the joist. (I have glued these temporarily but it needs new panels).
- The panels themselves are splitting lengthways.
- Weeds are coming through the gaps.

This company did a garage conversion at my parents' house, creating a pleasant room in good time and at the stated costs. My Mum and Dad were pleased with the "cheerful hard work" of the team and with the way they felt consulted and informed throughout.

4 years on and we are still constantly trying to resolve issues from where this company converted a shop into a bed sit.
Outdoor piping, gradiant on roof, drainage, and damp proofing. The flat that was converted by them has so much water damage and now there is fungus in the bathroom. The house it is attached to has water damage blowing the plaster on the walls and ceilings.
We have had stints of trying to sort this out but gave up. It took 6 months and threatening of legal action to get a response.
We still have issues but don't have the flight left in us to go through this company 😓

Started my extension Monday and up to plate height already , well happy all the guys who work for them are great and very professional. Quality brickwork from lorne and Lloyd Would recommend all day long and a big thankyou to Matt and pat for liaising throughout my build been a good experience and that’s not always the case

The guys from renovate and extend carried out a rear extension for us which turned out better than we could of imagined and all the guys were great very professional and friendly we were so pleased with the job we then had the driveway done and again Matt and the boys did a top job thanks again really pleased
