Services
Stuccolustro is a plaster which uses fine marble sand. The resulting slightly thicker layer provides a vivid optical depth and translucency typical of polished stucco plaster. It is recommended for surfaces with shiny and transparent looks of polished marble. Wonderful shades of colour can be created by using the Venetian plaster technique and then burnishing with a trowel.
Phoned Danny late on a Monday night when noticed the boiler was leaking. He arranged for an engineer to come around the following day to give a quote and make safe the boiler. Quote agreed and new boiler fitted within days. We needed the deteriorating render on some exterior walls to our house replaced with lime render.

The job entailed many different aspects i.e. fitting replacement beam across large patio door, find & cure damp issues on two patio doors, make good flooring, plastering, fitting replacement interior doors & redecorating lounge & dining room. It was managed efficiently & was responsive to any problems encountered upon the way. We felt that he listened & reacted positively to all our concerns. We would definitely recommend him if you require any kind of building & decorating work.

I have had many compliments from neighbours and passers by on the changes that have been made to the exterior of my property. Reliable and very clean. This is the second time I have used Danny and his team. Cannot fault them. You’ll have to wait for him to be available but it’s worth it.
Job - remove existing living room ceiling, board and plaster Remove door frame and make good for sliding barn door to be fitted. Relocate light switch and install new socket. Relocate radiator and trace pipe work in to wall and make good. Very happy with the results.
Will always recommend and will be by using again in the near future.

Danny and the team at Crossin have done an amazing job of turning our broken house back into a home. Fixing damage in every single room of the house in such a way that you would never know anything happened – some rooms look even better than before, with the team fixing things that have never been quite right along the way.
There are three reasons why I would use the team again and would recommend them to anyone.

Crossin Plasterers did a complete re-fit of our bathroom over 3 weeks. During this period great time and care was taken with the work and the communication was brilliant. We had a plumber, electrician, tiler, and decorator all come into the property (not all at once) but they worked safely, and we were always informed of what was happening. Crossin Plasterers Property Services made sure the project was coordinated and we did not have to worry about what was happening. An absolutely fantastic plasterer. It's great to see Danny and Gerard working very efficiently together, always keeping everything clean and tidy, and always making sure that everything is done right. Even all the little things like prepping for the next day so they can just hit the ground running. They are a great team and I will be getting them back to finish off the rest of the house very soon! The team couldn't do any more to make me happy.
