Excellent service from beginning to end. We had a suite of badly neglected floors to clean.
Shaun arrived on time to survey, walked us through the job carefully and meticulously. He was honest in his estimate of how successful the job would be, given considerable staining in some areas.
He then turned up on time on the day and did an excellent, tidy job.
Can't recommend him enough. Will definitely use him again. Trusting tradesmen can be difficult, but Shaun did a great job and we couldn't be happier.

Thought our carpet was on its last legs due to kids, pets etc. Remembered him as he did our suite ages ago. Still friendly and came in a week of me calling him. It looks brand new. He did the suite and stairs aswell really good price. Highly recommended.

We have used Shaun for a couple of years now and are always pleased with the results. He is always professional, punctual and tailors the treatment for the carpet/s at each appointment. Other family members also now use Shaun's services and we are happy to continue to recommend Shaun.
For dog owners: I have a dog (which you wouldn't know after Shaun has cleaned the carpets!) and I like that the products used are safe and better still - fully removed from the carpet once cleaned. Especially good for anyone with sensitive pooches like ours!

Many thanks to Shaun. From our first contact he was professional, helpful and friendly. He quickly understood what I needed and set out the options clearly. Then he did exactly what he said he was going to do, at the price he quoted. Arrangements were made on a Sunday - by Tuesday afternoon he had a delighted customer. I’m very happy to recommend him!
