We had an obscure hot water problem which had progressively degraded over years. Other gas engineers and plumbers had been left scratching their heads, but each time they left us with cold showers!
Lewis and the team worked really hard to drive down into the problem and finally found the issue! I was overjoyed.
The professionalism of CGS cannot be overstated. I’m delighted with their work, and I have nothing but praise for all the team, including the office crew who kept me advised of every step along the way.

We recently used Corstorphine Gas Services for a full central heating install and would highly recommend Lewis, Robbie and the guys. From the initial visit, to quotation and completion of the work, everything was excellent. Have used them for putting in a full gas boiler and heating into my flat last year.
The boiler had a problem about 6months later had my letting agent to get someone in to diagnos the issue and priced of £400. I know what they said the issue was couldn't be possible along with the price. Got Corstorphine Gas in to have a look and was sorted easily… and only £90 so can imagine the call to my letting agent 😠.
Corstorphine Gas Services is now the only company to do anything with gas and plumbing.
They've also just serviced the boiler plus my own.

We got a new boiler in our flat yesterday. The engineer came out the day it broke, gave me a quote (Friday) and installed it on Monday! My daughter had to go to work so they collected a key from her to allow her to go. They worked unsupervised in my flat all day and my daughter came home to a new boiler with some hand written instructions on how to… use the thermostat. The team kept me updated during the day. I live 3 hours away so it’s great knowing there are still honest businesses out there you can trust to work in your property. I would highly recommend this company and will be

The team took great care in our home, cleaned up after each visit. I felt very safe with the PPE and distance especially with having a new baby in the home. Would highly recommend Lewis and the team…had a disaster trying to get a log burning fire installed. Lewis came round and was very professional and very knowledgeable. Put my kind at rest straight away and… assisted me with choosing the right gas fire. Lauren was outstanding with keeping me up to date with everything. Completely replaced my old boiler, which included taking up the floor in order to change some pipes as I originally had an older system. No complaints. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived. About 5-6 months later and everything still works perfectly. Good communication, professional and reasonably priced.

I spent a long time checking out a variety of companies and eventually chose Corstorphine Gas Services and I am very happy I did so. The company was prompt in provision of a quote, especially likes how they didnt force you into one boiler choice but provided options.
The work was done quickly and efficiently by a fantastic team who were happy to answer questions and liaised easily with myself. Its was all done within the estimated timeline and they completely tidied up after themselves. I could not be happier with the work done and will definitely continue to use this company in future.

Lewis and his team are brilliant. We had a problem and had 2 other plumbers in who couldn't work out what the issue was. Corstorphine Gas Services was our last shot at fixing the problem. Lewis turned up and worked out exactly what needed done to our amazement and a week later had one of his guys in to replace some parts and just like that it was fixed. An all round professional service that I highly recommend. Thank you again Lewis and Michael.
