I tried to put together one of those wittily worded blurbs, but in truth, I struggled. So, I figured that rather than writing some cliche, sales-pitchy bio of sorts it'd just be better to just set my stall out. After all, it's the people part of the business I'm most proud of! If you've got this far, you'll have established that we're an independent retailer of high-quality carpets and fine flooring.
Hopefully, you'll have spotted us on some social media platform and seen that we're pretty good at what we do! My colleague Mark and I opened our design-led showroom in 2015 and since then it's kind of been the talk of the trade!

The whole team at Woven & Wood are wonderful! We live locally and were keen to shop local too so visited their shop. We were thrilled when we got there with the quality and choice of stock - style wise very up our street and a focus on natural 100% wool carpets. They were a great help in advising us on which to choose and gave us large samples to borrow to make our choice.
Once we made our choice, we explained we wanted them to be fitted before we moved into our new home for ease. Georgie organised everything to make this happen. There was then a delay with their supplier which meant timings were

Went to visit here- there were about 6 assistants all sitting around having a laugh and not one came to ask us if we needed any help. We didn’t bother asking as we found it quite rude- any other shop we have been to always approach us while we are browsing and ask if we need any help- it’s basic customer service. But then a Caucasian customer came in and they were happy to help them so not sure if us being Muslim had an impact on their poor customer service. We actually did find a flooring we liked from here but didn’t bother asking about it as we were insulted by the customer service and

The team at Woven and Woods were fantastic from beginning to end. They are incredibly responsive, have an extensive selection of flooring and are very professional. They keep you up to date on timelines and make suggestions to do things that will look the best. I would highly recommend and special props to Tony and Lee for all their help!

We cannot recommend woven and woods highly enough- from the initial consultation, measuring up, delivery of the product and fabulous installation by Ted who is a true perfectionist. We experienced excellent quality and service at every step. We’ve been so delighted that we are slowly changing all of our flooring in our home- after 20 years in the same house and considerable improvements, it’s had the most significant impact and we love it. It’s great to support a local business and we guarantee you won’t be disappointed by the service offered by Woven and Woods and Ted.

The whole team at Woven & Woods have been a delight to work with from start to finish, advising on our flooring, arranging swift and informative surveys around COVID19, then swift installation of the flooring before Christmas! Our installer Philip was also very helpful with floorcare and solutions as we renovate our property, and Mark was always on hand to answer my queries. I recently had the team in to install Ted Todd Furrow flooring in my one bed property in Putney. I couldn't be happier with the end result. It's just brilliant.
