I had my home double glazed by HSB and five years later the front door is still on an angle and the wind coming through it in the winter months is like standing in Siberia, only God knows how many times the broken window handles have been replaced, and the door adjusted, still not functioning properly. All this is done after constantly pleading and calling them. A very unprofessional company would be understating the facts. They are all so sweet to you at first but as soon as the job is completed and the money is in their pockets try getting them to honour their warranty, not worth the paper it

Very good service, had to wait a while due to Covid 19 but well worth the wait. Installer was excellent, 2 doors were fitted within the day, cleaned up and explained the opening and locking of doors. Fantastic job well executed by the HSB.
Would definitely recommend and use their services again. Doors look great and fitted perfectly.

Excellent workmanship.
Ordered aluminium bifolding door and a roof lantern. They arrived on time and worked efficiently. They were very polite from start to finish. Everything was explained in detail. Not the cheapest but definitely the best. Thank you HSB for all you help and professionalism. Would highly recommend.

Really disappointed by HSB. I will not recommend this company. Not reliable. They hold my running job half way and forced me to pay last installment without prior notice or agreement which we suppose to pay after the job done😒We did hold money(less then 1%) for last job because the entrance door was not fixed properly. HSB only care about money, they couldn't see our everyday struggle and pain and risk with door. They demanded leftover balance which was less then 1% of total amount from the original job to pay first and then they will repair the door. After one year, we gave up and clear the

Wont come out to re-adjust a door after it started squeaking, and i now have to lift it up for it to shut and also for it to lock. Also delayed my install. First install was not up to a satisfactory standard, and i was offered a partial refund, because they got so many jobs on, but i declined this offer. The glass somehow smashed by itself, and they had to make another journey to get it fixed, so maybe that got them fed up with the amount of time they spent on my job - which shouldn't be my problem. The fitted glass pieces are actually misty too from the inside. They leave stickers on the glass

We needed 8 windows, and four exterior doors. The surveyor from HSB came around and showed us what designs we could have with no pushy sales technique, after deciding what we wanted he measured up and took notes.A few days later we got our quote, which was very reasonable for the amount of work needed.we agreed to the work being done and got booked in for three days in September. On the first day two guys turned up on time about 8.30 am. After a quick coffee they went straight to work, one taking out the old windows and prepping the new ones, the other guy did the installation. They were lovely
