Well Ovenstate would like to take this opportunity to explain exactly what it is we do and exactly what service you will receive. To start with we remove everything that can physically come out of the oven. So the side racks and shelves are removed along with the back panel and fan and on some ovens if possible the side panels as well.
To ensure our customers are always happy with the service we provide we periodically ask our customers to give us feedback. We pride ourselves on giving customer satisfaction but dont just take our word for it. I have just had my double oven and grill professionally cleaned by Phil at Ovenstate, to say I’m delighted is an understatement. Phil definitely went the extra mile he cleaned just about every inch of my oven, it’s actually working better that it ever has!
