20 years of experience in traditional curtain making and traditional upholstery with a keen eye for detail. At the helm is Melanie Casling, clasically trained in antique upholstery restoration, curtain making and interiors with over 20 years of industry experience. Melanie is our guiding light when it comes to good old fashioned practical know how and instinct in dealing with even the most complicated stitching job.
The Curtain Room workroom specialise in the production of hand made Curtains, Roman Blinds, drapes and pelmets, all hand seamed and finished to ensure the perfect look. We also specialise in re-upholstery of antique and modern furniture using the best traditional materials. Our loose covers are made to measure and tailored for the perfect fit.

Above excellent (if it could exist!) customer service and standards. The staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble and there is no pressure for the customer to make a decision in a quick time frame. The standard of workmanship is second to none and The Curtain Room would be given 10 stars by me if Google allowed it!
