A W Hockin Builders Ltd are a Builders and Contracting company based in Bideford, North Devon. Established by Tony Hockin in 1984, A W Hockin Builders has steadily grown over the early years and in 2000 Marc Hockin (Tony's son), joined the family business and now we have 12 people on the team. We have found that 12 people in the team works well, as we can keep the high quality of workmanship and still be able to carry out larger jobs.
Our team of Masons, Carpenters, Stone Masons, Plasters and Roofers are hightly skilled and able to provide a high standard of work. Over the years we have been able to build up an excellent relationship with Electrical, Plumbing and Decorating sub contractors, which enables us to complete a project from beginning to end, knowing that all work will be at the highest standards.

Services
We can carry out a job from beginning to the end so you dont have any of the worry, we can take care of everything from building control and design matters with the architect to finishings/decorating. We also do commercial buildings works, in the past we have worked on/built petrol stations, offices, care homes, pubs (Thatched Inn, Abbotsham) and Industrial Units.
We are very pleased with the fence, it looks and feels very solid and is a great job, we have had lots of positive comments, including our neighbour at No' 6. Thank you and your team for a job well done. We are very pleased with all the work done and really appreciate the care and and attention to detail throughout, which has made the whole house come together.
