The company was originally started by Gordon Pownall who made all the customer home visits personally and having worked in the building industry since leaving school has many years experience. Due to Gordon's recent retirement he has passed his knowledge onto his nephew Steve who now carries out all the customer visits.

Gordon's daughter-in-law, Lisa has worked for the company since finishing college and since Gordon's retirement now runs the company.

They understand that you may not wish for them to fit your job for you and are perfectly happy to provide you with as much help and advice as you need to carry out the installation yourself.

Excellent service and attention to detail. From the initial quote to the completion of the installation nothing was too much trouble for Lisa and her team, queries were answered promptly and to my satisfaction. The installation was completed on time and to a high standard. Overall very impressed with everything and I would highly recommend them.

Having used Trade Window Supplies for several windows and doors in 2 different properties, I can highly recommend them. From the initial consultation with Lisa right through to fitting and after care, we have always been more than happy. Lisa is very knowledgeable and overall attention to detail from Lisa and the fitters has been great. Most recently we have had a Rock door fitted and we're really pleased with it. We wouldn't go anywhere else for any windows or doors we may need in the future.

I recently used this company to replace windows at my property. Their service was excellent throughout, from them arriving at the agreed time to the completion of the installation.
