The price is based on a combi boiler swap. The actual price you pay will be based on your precise needs and details about your home such as number of bedrooms, location of boiler and proximity of boiler to a drain. Book a survey with one of our heating engineers to help find the right boiler for you and your home.
To keep your boiler running safely and efficiently we recommend that you get your boiler serviced annually. The warranty of many new boilers may be invalidated if boilers are not serviced regularly. We are happy to carry out an annual service on your boiler even if we have not installed it. We have a comprehensive 7 point service plan for only 75, or only 60 for first time customers.
We will beat or match any like for like quote on a boiler or full central heating installation. Price match only relates to the installation of a new boiler or full central heating system. When booking your survey tell us that you have a quote you want us to beat. All competitor quotes must be on a like for like basis.
Heating accounts for about 55 percent of what you spend in a year on energy bills, so an efficient boiler makes a big difference. Upgrading to a modern condensing boiler can save an average household up to 200 per year1. There are a range of other measures you can take to save yourself money and keep your house warmer when you need it.
If you are having problems with your boiler for either heating or hot water then there are some basic checks that you can do. Check that gas is available to your boiler. Test that gas is being supplied to other appliances in your home such as a hob. If your gas has been cut (or you have run out of credit on a pre-payment meter), then you may need to reset your boiler.

The team worked hard to get my installation completed quickly and even moved another less urgent job to install the boiler a day earlier than planned. Brilliant service. Can't recommend highly enough. Lewis inspected the boiler and gave me honest advice about what boiler system would be best for the house, as opposed to other quotes I had received for work that wasn't necessarily the right solution. Lewis was great to have deliver the work. He worked incredibly hard and efficiently and tidied up afterwards.

Really great service from AG Fraser, from first contact, to the visit for a quote, and then the installation of the new boiler. They were thorough, gave an accurate quote upfront, and kept me up-to-date on progress throughout. Andy was prompt, tidy, and did a really efficient job. A follow-up visit had to be arranged to finish the re-wiring of my smart thermostat; this was arranged within 48 hours. Very impressed, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Thanks very much!

This is the first time that we have used A G Fraser. I found them to be most efficient and courteous. Everything was done as discussed and a written quotation was provided. The job was completed within 3 days of first contact. The engineer also looked into a problem with the radiators & we now have a written quotation for the work to rectify the problem. They provide a first class service. We will be using them again.

AG Fraser came to do a small job for us and I was impressed with their timeliness, tracking software to keep me up to date when engineer was arriving and the friendliness of the engineer that we got them back to install 6 new radiators.
Communication between myself and Paul was amazing, he advised the best solutions for each room and handled everything smoothly. I'd 100% use AG Fraser again in the future for any other plumbing/heating issues.

Amazing, professional, genuine, friendly and great communication from the initial call, to the quote visit through to installation. Andy and Paul's advise was unbiased and various options provided. Complete new system fitted throughout. Price was exceptional value especially when you consider a boiler with 10 year parts & labour and 15mm copper pipework not 10mm.
