Ivinghoe Turf is a family run garden turf supplier located in the scenic village of Ivinghoe. For more than 35 years we have been growing our own high quality turf and delivering it to gardens across the UK. Unlike many online turf suppliers who simply buy in and resell turf, we grow, harvest and supply our own high quality garden grass.

Economy delivery is a slower delivery option that usually arrives within 10 working days of ordering. If you would like to place an order for garden turf, which is a fresh product and needs laying shortly after delivery, please allow time for your economy soil delivery to take place before ordering.
Please enter the number of bags of aggregate you require and your postcode above for both bagged and loose orders. Our high-quality soft sand is of consistent quality and colour and is ideal for use in a variety of applications including turf laying and bricklaying mortar. Our soft sand is available for delivery or can be collected from our depot in heavy-duty bulk bags.
Please note: The following are additional add-on items and can only be delivered with an order of turf or topsoil. The best time to sow grass seed in your garden is late summer to mid autumn with more rain and warmer ground speeding and helping the grass seed germination. Alternatively mid-spring can be a good time, but you will probably need to water regularly.

Ordered online, someone was available on the phone, great customer service. We bought utility lawn grade which puts our current lawn to shame! Excellent quality turf. Weed free perfect vigorous growth.
Easy to order for a great price and simple to collect.
We needed a very small extra amount and even that isn't a problem.
Will definitely be back for more.

Our turf purchased from Ivinghoe Turf and laid nearly three weeks ago looks great, green and lush just given it it's first cut. Had excellent advice and service from this company right from the outset even down to a prompt and timely delivery from their driver ....Would very much recommend Ivinghoe Turf.. Thank you !

I'd give the turf 4*, but for service, 2*. There was zero Customer Service after payment. Just an email from Sage to confirm payment. No info on delivery time. I called first thing on the morning of delivery and was told late morning. Delivery was at 11:45, so very late morning. However, the Fertilizer was forgotten so still couldn't make a start. Eventually got it 1hr 15mins later. Had 100m2 to put down but by 21:30 I had to stop. Considering they proudly show a fleet of 5 lorries on there FB page, i think it's pretty poor to deliver to what is clearly going to be a house project, at that time

I recently ordered from them and im regretted why I've used them as this turf ruined my project .The negatives point on my order was
1. The turf wasn't fresh and afew of them was mouldy
2. I've received 2 different turf which looks and thicknes was different and some was bold
3. I wasn't on site at the time of delivery and they've dumped the turf on floor without using any pallet which some of them was ripped.
4 . lots of large rock in turf and an top
I definitely not aiming to use them in my next project.and i also dont recommend their turf .i would rather to pay little more to get something

I bought over 130m2 of their standard turf recommended for all round use, there were many large rocks in the turf which I tried my best to take out whilst laying. Although after laying it all and still finding large rocks whilst walking on it I was not happy so I pulled it all up and sent it back. I would not recommend it especially if you want children and adults to play on it. Ended up going with the well known brand of turf which was more expensive but worth every penny.

Having recently bought turf for my back garden from Ivinghoe Turf I am now the envy of all my neighbours. The turf they delivered to me was fresh and to the highest standard, ready to lay upon delivery.
The turf is already starting to settle, far quicker than I imagined and can't wait to use it when summer finally kicks in.
Would highly recommend.
