When I order what, for me, is a major purchase I like to receive personal service. In these days of ordering everything on line and very few staff employed in the larger, better known stores to give advice this type of service is rare so dealing with Julian was a breath of fresh air. Good guidance, a showroom with plenty of samples to choose from and friendly service from the moment I entered the shop to when the fitters came to fit the carpets in my bedroom and study. Recommended.

Julian was very patient and generous with his time and advice to help us to choose our carpet and laminate flooring. Throughout the choosing, ordering and fitting process Julian was warm, friendly, responsive, flexible and clear in his communication. We used Julian Hurst Interiors to do all the wood flooring for my new apartment and the final result is amazing! The service was fantastic from start to finish. Julian was very helpful in helping me choose the right flooring, providing lots of different samples and explanations for each one. The installation process went very smoothly and the team were very careful and considerate with laying the floor and completed everything within just over a day. The floor has transformed my apartment and I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I first used Julian Hurst Interiors for a fitted carpet in a small box room. Although the job was very small, Julian impressed me by spending time showing me all suitable carpets and explaining their properties. He even tracked down an option with a narrow width to save wastage and therefore money for me. Needless to say the job was completed to perfection.
