Services
We've been based in inner South East London since 1985, when John Knepler and Ian Taylor set up Survey & Design. We are an architect and a quantity surveyor who worked for a housing association, for a local authority and in private practice before setting up our own practice. We're involved in creating housing, health and employment opportunities for a diverse range of clients.
We want to play a part in regenerating inner London and areas of need in the South East. We help create affordable homes for tenants, shared ownership buyers and owner-occupiers. We especially like working on projects, for community groups and housing co-ops, that give people a voice in where they live.
