Needed a place to store my mums items in between house moves. went to store and secure Castlepoint to check them out. they found me a good sized unit at a great price, then when i needed a larger unit they let me switch. lovely friendly people in the office that are only too happy to help with anything you need. you can buy locks and bags for your items in reception. Clean, safe what more can you ask for. would thoroughly recommend.

This is the second time I have used Store & Secure. Becky and the team were extremely helpful arranging storage short notice, and each time I visited I found the team to be friendly and helpful, and the place clean and tidy. Having not used any alternative I can't comment on how they compare on price but it seemed like good value for money and I will use them again in the future if I need to.

Great company, no hesitation in recommending them. I had my house contents stored for 7 months Kavan & Lucy all of the team were so helpful. Very easy to book, the storage unit was clean and easy to access and they were great, It was a joy to get my stuff in the storage unit, with a huge sigh of relief Thank you.

Safe, clean and professional. Excellent Customer Service & friendly staff. The facilities were far above expectations. Also used another well known company for additional storage during my house move but the comparison ends there! No competition in my mind. A huge thank you to all the staff for helping to take the stress out of our move and welcoming us to Bournemouth. Really appreciated.
