Our Sister company Response Plumbing Limited carry out a bathroom design and installation service. We pride ourselves on our prestige bathroom and wet room installation. If you would like a free, no obligation fixed price boiler replacement quote, we can arrange for one of our heating installers (not a salesman).
In the unfortunate event that your boiler breaks down or you have a leaking pipe, SHS service plan customers are fully taken care of. With a super fast response, our team of specialist's repair over 90% of boilers on the first visit and always get to customers within24 hours of the issue being reported.
Paying for your new boiler via finance can be affordable from just 15 per month, with a range of different options and terms. Buying a boiler on finance allows you to spread the cost over affordable monthly payments. We offer terms from 6 months to 10 years. We have options for no upfront payments with any plan over 2 years - unlike many of our competitors.

I contacted Surrey Heating on Sunday 21 Nov and an engineer ( Paul ) arrived about 0930 Monday. Immediately identified the possible cause of the problem.and replaced the valve on the tank.
Very impressed as I was informed that an engineer would arrive between 0800 and 1300.
The service could not have been better, very impressed.

It was mid morning when I realised I had no central heating so I phoned Surrey Heating. Fortunately, although same day service wasn't guaranteed by mid afternoon they told me Paul would be with me later. Paulcalled before arriving to say he was on his way and once he got here swiftly diagnosed the problem and replaced the non-responding 'reciever' in the airing cupboard, 'married' the room thermostat to it and all was working again and I was soon able to remove one of my layers of jumpers!

I can honestly say Ryan offers the best customer service that I have had in ages.
Only just moved over to the company after years at British Gas, who I left after their appalling use of fire/rehire and the fact that they now can’t repair faults when needed urgently.
My boiler started leaking after I’d only been with them for a few weeks and after a panicked call on a Friday afternoon, Ryan was able to get over to my place LITERALLY in 15 minutes, fix the leak (giving me heating and hot water over the weekend) and order a new part that he fixed this morning once arrived, whilst also doing
