I bought 3 outdoor lights. It stated on the website that the lights should be fitted by a qualified electrician. My electrician wasn't available until after the 30 day return window. Due to the way these lights need to be wired he wasn't able to fit them on our outside wall. Auraglow were totally unhelpful and would not allow me to exchange them even though the 3 lights are in perfect condition in their original boxes. They are a very awkward fit and don't work with a conduit. I didn't expect a refund. I would not recommend this company if you need to deal with their customer services department

Was recommended led light bulbs via a friend to replace my current bulbs that i feel like i was replacing every other month!
Its been 2 months since i had installed my LED lights and they have not blown, and have not stopped working at any time! Plus they light up the room 10x better then my old bulbs did!

I purchased a T8 5FT bulb from this company in 2013, it has a 5-year warranty (40,000 hours) and did not last, it stopped working after 4.5 years.
I purchased the bulb from Amazon at the time and paid 7.99 for postage, as it happens I was in the area so I collected the bulb but never got the postage back. This was not an issue for me.
I contacted the company concerned and they advised me that I was covered and getting a replacement would not be a problem, then the next day they told me I would have to post the faulty one back at my own cost. I questioned this and they said it was policy, I reached
