An unvented cylinder is supplied by the incoming main. When you open your tap, pressurised cold water enters into the unvented hot water tank from the bottom, which gets heated before coming out from the top outlet, resulting in hot water coming to your taps. An unvented hot water system takes cold water supply directly from the incoming water main.

I found this company to be very helpful. I had a terminal problem with a boiler in my tenants house. My usual contractor could not replace the boiler for 6 weeks. Totally unacceptable as the tenants are both elderly. UK Gas came to my rescue and completed the job in a very efficient manner. Well done Nicky and her team

I Highly recommend this company. the ladies who booked me in were polite and professional, their rep who gave me a quote was very knowledgeable, he even attempted to repair the old boiler as he said it looked like a small problem, but turns out it needed a part that cannot be purchased anymore. So we agreed on a new 4000 boiler and 2 days later their efficient pair of Engineers were in my home and after a couple of hours they had my home nice and warm again. I had no hassles and my house was left nice and tidy. I am so happy I choose UK Gas.

I am having difficult time dealing with a rude lady in the office. Contacted her several times, most of the time she disconnected my call and doesn't want to listen. The company installed a Worcester boiler 2 days ago and developed a leak in one of the pipes inside my cupboard. I have contacted them to rectify and sort the issue and they said I will have to pay more money to sort out the problem that they have caused. I would not recommend this company to anybody because of the service and the way they talk to their customers. I have sent them photos as evidence and they do not want to act and

After doing a fair amount of research and receiving 5 quotes 1 - I went ahead with UK Gas Heating Services as their overall offer and package with the boiler replacement was unbeatable.
They visited and quoted us on a Friday. The chap was very accommodating and after understanding that we were without heating managed to rearrange their work diary to attend to us the very next day.
Engineer turned up before 9am and was finished by 1pm. They were attentive, tidy and overall very professional.
Not the cheapest price - but when you consider the warranty and bundled annual servicing included - it

Fantastic service. Phoned Friday 2pm for enquiry re replacing old boiler. Rep turned up 4.30 and gave me a quote I couldn't refuse, Saturday 7am engineer Mark and colleague turned up and fitted Worcester boiler. Friendly, efficient and helpful. Cannot praise them high enough. My house is a dump, but both removed shoes on entering automatically and cleaned up all mess before leaving me with a toasty warm house again. GREAT JOB AT A GREAT PRICE.

The fitters arrived on time. They were great and have done an excellent job. From flushing the system, replacing the boiler and setting everything up, they put dust sheets down to protect the carpets and kept any mess down to a minimum

We used UK Gas Heating Services Ltd to install a new Combi boiler. They were extremely competitively priced and they were able to schedule an appointment which was convenient to us. The two gas engineers who undertook the work were friendly, considerate, polite and very professional. The quality of their work and boiler installation is absolutely first class. I would definitely recommend this company.
