Nightmare from start to finish. left us with a non water tight extension. Bricks outside not pointed, walls not straight. Wires hanging out of the walls, spot lights hanging down cracks everywhere. Total rip off stay away at all costs. Will take your money then go into administration and trader under a similar name. Should be illegal. Dont know how they sleep at night. Full of empty promises.

Beware! This company uses pictures of other company’s work and advertises it as their own. Advertised a garden room which was in fact done by Oakwood Garden Rooms in Leeds. Worth verifying personally any previous works this company claim they have carried out.

Very disappointed, one window has been left with a cold wind coming through, rain coming in and the internal corners of the window turning black, and the seal on the front door is coming away, a fitter arrived within a couple of weeks of the first complaint and said his van was broken he had no ladder with him, but didn't want to not turn up, so he came over in his own car and said he could see potentially what the issue was, he was the one who signed off my job as being to standard, he said he would come back with a ladder I didn't need to be in, he didn't check the inside of the window, roll

Products nice, price ok most of the guys professional and pleasant. But, they ( office too) can’t all get their stories straight when they dont show up. You always have to call them, they never email when they say they will. If the van did break down a call would have been nice to tell me! Oh sorry or are they ill?? Ordered a window incorrectly, told my plasterer “ don’t do the reveals til we’ve done the window”. Nearly 3 weeks still waiting. THANKS A LOT ! So from my experience not recommended
