Established in 2006, North Spas is a family run company supplying Hot Tubs based in the North East covering all of the region and into the Lake District. After our Director David Mason experienced back problems after a long career in the military, the only thing he found relief in, was hydrotherapy from Hot Tubs.

We supply and install Trex Composite Decking, which we believe is the best premium decking product on the market and completely transforms outdoor spaces.

I can’t recommend enough. The team were truly amazing to get my spa in before Christmas. They pulled out all the stops to provide an excellent service. The installation was smooth, the communication was on point and quick to the commission appointment. It was very personable to me and my requirements. Even though it is installed, it doesn’t end there and the support continues. Thank you so much I am thrilled to bits sitting in my new spa.

I wanted North Spa to install some Trex decking. The quote I was given contained no details. When I spoke to Davey he just kept saying I was trying to tell him how to do his job and I did not understand his job. I wanted to know how he could get a continuous length of 4metres using planks that measure 12feet.
