This property, the upper two floors above Charters Estate Agents and Occasions Jewellery, situated in Alton Hampshire, hadn't been externally painted for at least 15 years. We advised the client that it would be best to remove all paint and start again. All rotten wood was removed and replaced. All mouldings had to be specially made to match existing windows, new sashes were made, 10 panes of glass replaced 4 tubs of putty used.
This property, situated in Farnham, Surrey had an extension to the side and back plus new wooden windows fitted. We primed all woodwork with Dulux Weathershield Primer then applied two coats of Dulux Weathershield Undercoat then one of Dulux Weathershield Gloss. All the walls were painted with Dulux Weathershield Masonry paint and yes the client did want the house painted pink!
Bathroom Refurbishment in Farringdon. This involved stripping out old bathroom, altering plumbing, refitting new suite, tiling room including tiling the floor and painting. This property is an ongoing project that will ultimately involve plastering all rooms and extensive redecoration. This house in Alton, Hampshire, we blocked up the doorway from the dining room into the living room, then cut out and fitted double doors.

I fully recommend Cherry Tree Services if you need a painter and decorator. Steve is very professional and very friendly. He has recently decorated after walls and ceilings were plastered to a high standard. I already have Steve lined up for another decorating job on the hall stairs and landing. You wouldn't go far wrong speaking to Steve.
