As of 2017 all trading and services are being offered and undertaken by PAH Building & Construction Ltd.

The original company PAH Building & Maintenance Ltd was started in 1998 as a main contractor with project values ranging from 20,000 to 3,500,000 and our management team have combined experience of some 50 years in this field. Since our incorporation, we have worked for a variety of private and blue chip commercial clients, surveyors, loss adjustors and insurance companies.
We offer the ability to build your new home to exacting NHBC standards. We can; subject to the nature of the enquiry; offer similar warranties via other providers for refurbished properties requiring lengthy structural warranties. We strive to complete every job to the highest possible standards, with a focus on attention to detail to ensure that every aspect of the project is covered.
