I normally visit to discuss the potential project without any obligation and supply a written quote based on the individual schemes requirements. I cover all building types including one off housing, extensions, commercial, residential, leisure and educational buildings working to individual budgets with project build costs of up to 1m.

The following services are listed in the order in which they would be carried out. A full architectural service would comprise all the items below, where as a condensed services would include all up to the building regulation application:. This would often include a visit to look at the site or existing building, discuss the proposal and offer advice on different design options, planning implications etc.
This scheme in Ruddington needed to deliver a high quality souble Double garage to compliment the existing large victorian detached house. I also introduced a link wall with the house to create a private courtyard at the rear. As this new 3 bedroom house occupies a small site in the rear garden of a corner house in Radcliff-on-trent.
