4 bed house, charged me £25 Nov 2020 and next time, June 2021, want to charge me £35 - whopping increase! Want to tie me into annual, upfront payment plan, so inflexible. Need to become more customer focused.

Superb service each time we use Puretech2o, but today, not only did Jake clean our solar panels, he then shinned up a ladder to tuck away some cables that had been pulled out below by some birds, just because we happened to mention that they were concerning us. We were so grateful to him. I can't think of a better example of a company whose employees go the extra mile to make sure their customer is happy.

Have used Puretech for over 10 years about 4 - 6 times a year. Very good service - friendly, punctual and best of all, efficient and effective. For the first time, they did the insides of all my windows in Spring time - really brightened the house up - will definitely do that again!
