Brilliant, informed service. Neil got hold of a replacement part from the suppliers so I didn't have to change the whole unit. Saved me money and much more environmentally friendly than chucking the whole thing in landfill. Superb service.

Needed a part of a part for a shower seal that had broken. I thought I'd have to order the whole thing. Not only did they manage to get only the bit I needed but they didn't charge me for it. Fabulous service!

I am a great believer in supporting local businesses which is why I went to Urban Plastics. Their sales service was very good, but when I had a problem with a shower unit after it was put in they were unsympathetic and offered no useful assistance whatsoever.
I personally will not be using this company again.
