Kenny is a very dedicated locksmith who delivers his work to very high standards. He not only does the job asked but makes improvement to the setup for example oiling the unit, fixing any existing issues e.g. bent levers. He goes above and beyond to suggest customers of security improvements. Very punctual and easy to deal with, as a person. Exceptional service provided.
The slam locks of our front door jammed when closing, leaving us stranded outside late at night, with no way to access the house by any other means.
Kenny was with us in 15 minutes & was able to resolve the issue with great skill & without causing any damage to the door or frame too. He was extremely professional throughout & we can’t recommend their Services highly enough! Thank you for coming to our rescue.

Last week on a very cold December day after a rogue so called locksmith left my back door wide open and unsecured with no means to close after requesting hugely excessive fees I was pleased and grateful to make the acquaintance of Kenny.

Good experience, highly recommend Kenny.
I had a very good experience with Kenny from Open-In and will use him again anytime and recommend him to others.
The problem was that I couldn't get out of my house as the inner door lock would not open - it had been playing up for a while. I rang Kenny who came as soon as he could.
I rate him highly because:
