Coppards were excellent for packing and removal services. We had a very short turnaround from exchange to completion and they were so helpful with being flexible with the dates and giving us piece of mind of getting into our new home. The team were hard working and professional. We would highly recommend them.

I honestly cannot recommend Coppards enough. They provided an excellent service from start to finish. They really could not have made things any easier for us. The whole team are so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they were so quick and efficient with the actual move! I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Critical: Quality
After having to wait a long time for the claim to finalise. Due to an item being damage and another item gone "missing" we were insulted with only being offered half the value requested from new at cost. Whilst they were friendly this doesn't make up for items being delivered damaged and high value items going missing.

Outstanding service. Honestly cannot recommend Coppards enough.
From the initial quote to the final box being put down, the service was great. I'm sorry I forgot the teams names but Simon and Co were brilliant. Efficient and made sure they were removing the right items and made sure we were happy with where everything went.

I can not praise this company enough, they took the stress out of moving and delivered a fantastic service. I shopped around and got a few quotes and Coppards were the best value. Their team of lads (Paul, Simon & Ethan) were amazing who carried out the removal, their office team (Vicky) also were extremely helpful before the move always answering our questions no matter how silly they may have seemed to others. They arrived on time, polite and professional throughout the day. They were so helpful going above and beyond in some cases to help us out and they made our moving in day even more pleasant
