Regular Domestic Cleaning includes tidying, vacuuming, rubbish disposal, bathroom, kitchen, ovens, microwaves, dusting, laundry, ironing, polishing and internal window cleaning. Spring / one off Cleaning: We provide one off cleaning for after party and major clean-ups. Book one cleaner or a team to refresh your house.

One straightforward payment is made directly to the cleaner or left to be collected at the end of each session and is protected by our full money back guarantee. For regular bookings, payment can also be made by bank transfer or Standing Order into the cleaner's account. We may adjust prices at any time to maintain the best quality cleaning service at the most competitive rates, however any changes are always discretionary for existing clients.
CleanmyResidence.co.uk (the agency) shall provide Domestic Cleaning services to the client which are covered by Public Liability Insurance. The client shall provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel a clean or take a holiday from regular cleaning. The customer agrees not to represent the agency cleaners.

Critical: Quality
I tried two different cleaners though this service. Both were very nice but did a very poor job. I know someone who found an excellent cleaner through this service several years ago, but sadly that was not my experience. I have now found someone through recommendations on a local FB community group, and she is excellent.

My advice would be to steer well clear of this company. I paid for an initial 4 hour deep clean with a view to getting the place spotless before committing to a regular fortnightly clean. I live in a very standard 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment and based on experience felt 4 hours would be more than enough to clean the place to a good standard. I came home to both bathrooms completely untouched, the hallway untouched and the areas that had been ‘cleaned’ to a very average level. Simple checks in the corners of the room provided loads of dust and dirt, and it genuinely didn’t even smell as if

These is a terrible company and from my experience do not live up to any of their claims. Firstly the person I spoke to on the phone who claimed to be my Cleaner was not the person that turned up. This means I was lied to about who I was letting into my home. They had also been texting me with perfect English. The Cleaner I got was a very young girl who spoke no English at all. I used google translate to explain what needed doing. It didn’t get done and what was done was done terribly. I don’t think the person had any cleaning experience. I phoned the main line to cancel any future visits.
