You can be safe in the knowledge that all your electrical needs are taken care of by a NICEIC approved electrician. Electrical Installation Certificates and Building Regulations Certificates supplied for all applicable work - now a legal requirement and often required when selling or letting property.
Chris Pearce Renovations plumbing offers a range of plumbing services from a complete bathroom installation or replacement sink and toilet. The range of plumbing jobs can be a simple tap washer to an en-suite shower replacement. Many aspects of our plumbing work involves other professional services such as an approved electrician, all of which we can provide for you.

Our comprehensive kitchen fitting package includes, electrics, plumbing, tiling, decorating, and any other professional service you may need. Chris recently installed a bathroom for us. We live in an old property and it wasn’t a straight forward task but we couldn’t be happier with the result.
