My name is Martin Holt. I am a City and Guild Qualified Plasterer and have worked in the building trade for over 20 years. All domestic and commercial plastering is carefully undertaken to a very high standard at a reasonable price. I am based in Witney, Oxfordshire and I cover Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds.

Services
At Holt Plastering we are also able to plaster any newly built walls or extensions in your property. We plasterboard all timber framework & insulate before all block work is float & set using hardwall & multi finish. This provides a perfect finish for you to then decorate and paint. Overboarding is the process of fixing new clean plasterboard on top of an existing surface and then plastering over to give a new clean smooth look.
Martin was great to work with. He was able to come out and quote at short notice, was flexible in when he could do the work, was punctual, tidy, polite, professional and friendly. Martin was friendly and engaging, he provided great advice during the quotation process and produced work of a high quality.

Hall, stairs and landing job. I would thoroughly recommend Martin Holt. Very professional and thorough job, including dealing with additional issues identified once we had stripped our wall prior to his starting. Martin completed the job on time and as quoted with good humour and was a pleasure to have in our house, including leaving the areas clean each evening. Many thanks Martin.

Martin did an excellent job skimming the walls in one of our bedrooms. He is extremely professional and works to an excellent standard, on time and efficiently. But more than that he is a pleasure to work with, very personable and I would very highly recommend him.

Martin Holt was professional and friendly, and even gave after care advice for how to paint the wall after fresh plaster. He was also careful in protecting the carpet up the stairs and the flooring, and cleaned up after finishing. I would definitely recommend him as an experienced plasterer.

We recently used Martin to overboard some Artex in our home as well as make good a large number of walls after our electrician did an extensive rewire. Martin really deserves all of these 5 star reviews. He always has time for you as a customer and is very fast to respond to any queries. Friendly and on time, the end result is also very high quality. We will definitely be using him again.

We have had Martin now to carry out a number of jobs around our home. He is very professional, honest and most of all a very tidy tradesman, who takes care of his customers property dustsheeting everywhere and most of all hoovers up after he has finished - not a service that everybody meets up to. His kind, polite attitute and quality of his work goes a long way and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody. We are in the process of converting a conservatory into a standard roof. The ceiling has multiple angles as we decided to retain the original vaulted ceiling, but this didn't phase Martin at all.
We found Martin's communication to be great, he kept the workspace tidy and left it clean.
He is professional and polite and was a pleasure to have working in our home.
We wouldn't hesitate in using him again and recommending him to others.

I would not hesitate in recommending Martin, he is friendly punctual and very clean and tidy which is always important when trades people are in your home.. We are currently renovating a period house and Martin has just spent 6 days with us sorting several rooms and a tricky chimney. Very reliable and a first class job.

Martin did some work for us before Christmas, plastering several ceilings and a wall. He did a fantastic professional job from the quote stage right through to tidying up after the job was finished. Nothing was too much trouble. We were extremely pleased with the finished result. We would definitely recommend Martin and book him for further work.
