From the very beginning of our journey as a bathroom design and supply showroom, we have dedicated our time to providing the very best in design, choice, quality of product, price and service. We are a family run business, all be it, and extended one as many of our team have been with us for a number of years.
It was not long after opening our first showroom in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, that we decided to expand our showroom capacity by opening a second showroom in Cleveland Road, Bournemouth. Between both showrooms we have 5 floors of display, ensuring we can offer something for everyone. In 2013, we took the decision to expand further in the South West.
We purchased a 2 story retail showroom in Salisbury, with the benefits of warehouse facilities, storage and customer parking. This has enabled the Island family to expand their business further into the popular 'home and 'living' market by offering beautiful up-to-date kitchens.

We are sad to announce that the showroom will be closing in late 2021. We received an offer for our building that we honestly could not refuse. We have been in this showroom for 24 years now and have seen the local area change over this time, now a much more residential area, we sadly leave our neighbours.

We have been extremely impressed with Island Bathrooms, especially with Ashley Pickford, who is very professional, patient, and knowledgeable, giving us really good advice and was very thorough, helping us design a couple of bathrooms and a cloakroom. We would highly recommend Island Bathrooms for a great buying experience with a fabulous showroom giving so much choice in design for bathrooms and kitchens.

Great experience with Island Bathroom. The sales advisors are so helpful and give great advice in helping you make the right decisions. They have worked well with our planned bathroom fitter to get all questions resolved and the warranties they offer on their products it great. Would definitely recommend Tonya who has made getting our new bathroom a very easy process.

Had a quote which was fairly competitive from them. Returned on three occasions to adjust the quote and place my order but no one was interested in speaking to me. So I went to their outlet store round the corner to see if they could help. They told me they couldn't help as they were treated as a separate business. Took my money elsewhere. Shame. Get off your computers and talk to customers please.

Recently we had our bathroom refurbished with the help of Island Bathrooms.
Simon Whitelock was an enormous help with the design that we envisaged and supplying of appropriate furnishing including tiles.
From walking into the shop with an idea, the ordering, supplying and delivery of the above was very friendly, efficient and prompt. Nothing was too much trouble. Even liaising with our workman when necessary. A huge thank you. From Andy and GUl Hillier.

Brilliant service from Island Bathrooms, especially Simon and Paul, who were very helpful and patient whilst we selected the perfect bathroom. We absolutely love it and the real highlight is the stunning boat bath which you can paint any colour - what a bonus! (see pic). Looks totally gorgeous and we've already had a lot of compliments. Working with Tonia at Island Bathrooms to find the right things to go in my family bathroom was a real delight. They have a huge range in their showrooms but I was well advised and helped so didn’t feel at all overwhelmed. It’s nice to see everything displayed so well. Their prices were very good, too.

We have recently used Island bathrooms to supply all our main family bathroom for a house we are refurbishing. We were highly impressed with the advice given by Tonia in helping us to design the space with the style of products we wanted. We have now gone back to Island Bathrooms to supply our ensuite. The speed of service with delivery and swapping of items which were on a long lead time was very impressive. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

With the advice and support that we received, we able to make the judgement we desired.
We made a supplementary visit several days later in the company of our fitter who equally impressed with the response that he received to more technical and professional
