Our showroom visit was impressive. We were welcomed, given cups of tea, advice when we wanted it but left alone to try, feel, sit on and sift through samples.

I first heard about Sofas & Stuff through a friend and my own initial experience when visiting the Tunbridge Wells Showroom was very positive. Staff there could not have been more helpful, and they have an amazing range of fabrics from which to choose - really spoilt for choice. I was not pressurised in any way but decided to buy a small sofa to suit my needs covered in a luxurious velvet material which I love. Delivery went according to plan and the staff were able to give me details for disposal of my old sofa on a date to suit me which I really appreciated.

I visited the Tunbridge Wells Showroom as a solo man looking for a new sofa! The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and extremely helpful when trying to decide on fabrics.
The Showroom is very well presented and I found a better sofa than I had originally thought - so problem immediately solved.
I also decided to order a footstool in a complimentary fabric.
The delivery period was quite long at the time I ordered ( during the pandemic) - but it was duly delivered as promised and put in the position I wanted.
So, all in all, a very good experience

Love our new sofa, so comfy and looks great! Ashley in the shop was very helpful, and helped us put in words what we were looking for (all we could say was corner sofa, pet friendly, not too soft but comfy haha). We were kept posted on the production and delivery progress and delivery and installation were very smooth 👌🏼👌🏼 Great experience all around.

We were recommended Sofas and Stuff by our interior designer and are absolutely delighted with our sofa. After we viewed all the sofas in the store they took the time to go through the fabrics and stuffings in detail, and once we chose the sofa we worked closely with them to make sure the measurements allowed it to fit through our door. In the end we actually needed to customise the back of it to allow it to fit through our door, and they happily did this for a small additional fee. The sofa is really high quality and incredibly comfortable. Will definitely visit again when we need another sofa

Sofa surfing now has a different meaning for me. Not being able to see and try out sofas in the showrooms, I spent many hours looking through various websites for designs that I liked. Once I contacted Sofas & Stuff the staff were very helpful and I managed to have at least two video tours of the showroom to not only see what the furniture looked like from all angles but also the consistency of the different types of seat cushions which was important for me. They also helped me find and order the exact fabric that I needed which wasn’t on their standard list of fabrics. Communication via telephone

We learnt about Sofas & Stuff from a friend. Having moved house during this pandemic we wanted to find a sofa on line. We contacted the Tunbridge Wells branch who were very helpful. We had a virtual tour of the showroom and were sent sample swatches and a brochure from which we made our choice. (this was a little difficult as there were so many good designs)
The Snuggle Sofa we chose arrived well within our time frame and fits in perfectly to our small snug area. it was delivered and installed by a very helpful team. We are delighted with it.

Sofas & Stuff have an impressive range of styles and a wide selection of fabrics to suit any home. In our case we were looking for a smaller size sofa and chair which is not always easy to find. These were delivered on time in perfect condition and the delivery men unwrapped and positioned them in place too.

We visited the showroom and very quickly decided on the style of sofa we wanted. Choosing the colour took a little longer, and we had lots of samples sent through the post to us. Our sofa arrived during lockdown and we are thrilled with the look and its is extremely comfortable. This is our second purchase from Sofas and Stuff and I have recommended them to lots of my friends who have also had brilliant service both before and after delivery.

From our initial visit to their showroom in Tunbridge Wells to the delivery of our two sofas last week we were very happy with the service we received from Sofas & Stuff. Their range of fabrics was huge and it's never easy selecting one on the basis of a small square. However, when the finished sofas arrived we were very pleased with how they looked. Super comfortable too! So, well done Sofas & Stuff.
