Because our turf is supplied direct from our own turf nursery in Lancashire it is excellent value for money. The turf is harvested fresh to order and arrives green and healthy ready to put down. We provide comprehensive aftercare information with every delivery.

At Stewarts Turf we have strong roots in the landscaping trade and we're immensely proud of our Scottish Heritage. Stewarts Turf began growing top quality cultivated turf in the Edinburgh area over 25 years ago. We became part of Harrowden Turf Ltd back in 2013 but that hasn't affected our way of thinking.
Rather than damage newly laid turf by walking on it; use these turf laying boards to spread your weight during turf laying and when moving the sprinkler after the turf has been laid. Plantex Landscape Fabric by DuPont is a non-chemical weed barrier that lets soil and plants breathe while stopping weeds growing up from below.
Every effort is made by us to supply a good quality turf product. The turf is supplied fully mature and all species of grass contained therein are visible at the time of delivery. Please immediately inspect your turf and if you are not entirely satisfied you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery as the company will not accept any liability for defects that occur after that time.

Harrowden Turf Ltd
I am saddened to say that I have had to resort to social media as I feel like the customer service I have received during my purchases with Harrowden Turf Ltd has been appalling.
On the 26th of April I decided to make an order of top… soil and new turf to lay in my house.
I had deliberately paid for an extra service (fast delivery and early morning delivery) for both my orders as I had a tight schedule I had to keep too.
I had ordered my tonne bag of top soil to be delivered between 8am and 12pm
