We had a tiled roof on our conservatory with sky light, a window replaced and in the bathroom too and new composite front door. Alec & Jake are extremely professional,skilled, very tidy and would highly recommend them.

Had a conservatory fitted which was installed well. However, several sealed glass units failed during the warranty period of which only one was replaced. The others were never addressed despite constant calls to the office where I was told things were in hand but fobbed off with all the excuses under the sun when the fitter did'nt turn up. After waiting over a year and despite numerous calls, Arena continued to find excuses not to do the work so I reluctantly gave up. My advice to anyone considering using this company is look else where if you consider after sales service important for your project

Very pleased with arena. They were the very helpful, keep to there word...windows were installed with care and cleanliness. The fitters were very thoughtful and caring of our property. They cleaned up after them. It was like they hadnt been, thats how clean they left our home after they installed our 6 windows. We are now in the process of having our french doors installed by them... Really looking forward to dealing with them again. Highly recommended.... You won't be disappointed.... Trust me

Initially pleased with the roof we had put on conservatory, however since we have had a problem and a leak causing some damage Arena have been exceptionally unhelpful. Despite numerous calls where I was promised a call back, no one ever contacted me and I had to visit the showroom. Owner very abrupt and dismissive sadly. Certainly not a business I could ever contemplate using again. I am a very unhappy and disappointed customer and the aftercare service has been awful.

Absolutely shocking service. Measured windows incorrectly. Took one window out then had to put it back in cracked because of wrong measurement. Stayed like this several days. Very difficult to contact management- always out of the office, until it was time for them to be paid and then they contacted us immediately with no offer of compensation for a shoddy service.
