At Browne's Gas Services we have been serving the public in County Down and beyond for almost 65 years. In our showroom in Ardglass we have on display a huge range of gas appliances (including one of the largest displays of multi-fuel stoves in South Down). Our shop stocks a full range of gas accessories, flueing and general hardware which we are confident will meet all your COOKING and HEATING needs.
We also supply and deliver bottled gas to domestic and commercial customers throughout the greater South Down area six days per week. Please note that we provide surveys for all installation work which will allow our customers to budget more accurately.

Services
Brownes Gas Services began life in 1955 under its original name of Cecil Browne's Corner Stores. Prior to this there had been a business on the site for many years but it wasn't until Cecil Browne took over in 1955 that the business began to develop significantly. Cecil had come from County Fermanagh with the specific intention of developing a business for himself and his young family.
We use our sixty years of experience to offer the best possible advice when considering any of our services. We provide specialist advice regarding the appliances that we sell and the requirements that must be adhered to legally regarding installations. If necessary we will visit you at your home to assess your needs.
We take pride in the growing reputation that we have obtained as a locally-run, family business. As our reputation has spread during the past sixty years so has the range of our customers. As a result of this our customer base extends throughout County Down and beyond. The business has succeeded upon the genuine and honest approach that we adopt when helping our customers.
We currently have on show in excess of 100 stoves in our Ardglass showroom including multi fuel, wood burning, boiler and non boiler stoves. We offer a complete service from initial consultation including survey and costing through to installation. We also offer informal post-installation support should you have any further queries.
