Highly recommend Carr’s. from my first discussions with Kristina on what we wanted she was very thorough and talked through all options. She also kept us updated with the delivery date. On the day of delivery… the guys turned up promptly and began erecting the cabin, very professional and clearly know what they are doing. The cabin itself is superb quality and I absolutely love it! I love spending time in here!

Had meeting with designer, builder, and sales, all very helpful and experienced. Building due to be erected in a months time.

We found this company to be extremely helpful and it was great to deal with someone (Joe) who fully understood what we needed with minimum explanation. We have just had a 14ft super log cabin put up in our garden and the service we received from Carr's was excellent from initial contact right through to the cabin being put up. The customer service provided was fantastic and the workmen were very reliable and hardworking. The quality of wood was also exceptional! Absolutely amazing customer service. Had a summerhouse built to fit into my gazebo to make it look like one building. I have them the measurements of the gazebo and space which was left and they made a summerhouse to fit into the exact space and made the whole roof look like one.
Cannot fault, on time, clean and very very reliable.

I can only speak as I find; the shed supplied is as requested, its straight and true and exactly as I specified (I went for a reverse apex which is not a standard workmaster finish).
It turned up when promised, was installed without issue, the fitters were done and dusted in around 90 minutes and were polite throughout.
The shed is made locally and employs local people so I'm happy with everything and would recommend.

Absolutely delighted with our Carr Timber Shed. Really can't say enough good things about this company, totally bespoke building. No amount of our changes and requests during the order process was too much trouble for them, and cannot praise them highly enough. Not big on reviews normally, but felt we ought to add this after reading totally crummy and unfair 1star previous post about a wonky door, just so not our experience of them and felt they need a more balanced review.

I ordered a shed through this company on 27 July and the whole experience was terrible. This company has the worst customer service of any company I have ever used. My reasons for saying this are - we had to wait 8 weeks for our shed - when it did arrive it was wonky so the door wouldn't shut - it took a further three weeks to get this rectified - they fitted another wonky door - finally after 3 months they took the shed away and gave us a refund. They refused to pay us back for the money we had spent painting both the inside and outside of the shed (despite them telling us to do this). At no point
